Say What?!?!?!!
That is right! Today’s episode I nerd out with my friend Shu about Chocolate.
During this time of year there are all sorts of mini size candies, cute decorated cupcakes, and other treats that we can get our hands on. I’m all about indulging on purpose and if those are your favorites allow yourself that indulgence.
Personally I don’t waste my time on anything that is less than 70% Cocoa. The rich, bittersweet chocolate is my favorite! Good thing one of my good friend is an expert in all things chocolate. I asked Shu to show me how to make this delicious chocolate, and I recorded the process for all of you. (She assured me that it was totally “Lazy Kitchen – Simple” We immediately sat down, sipped this rich chocolate and talked for hours!
Side Note: Shu also gives us all a lesson on cocoa and cocoa butter. I’m telling you she is the perfect Chocolate NERD!

Ingredients:
1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
2-ish TBLS Maple Syrup
2 heaping spoons of Cocoa Powder (Dutch Cocoa powder recommended)
Pinch of Salt
Heat it up & whisk!
