Hello! And welcome to my version of a cooking show. I am not a nutritionist or a chef, but I have learned to Eat Well without making it too complicated. Today I am going to share a recipe with you. Since it’s a cooking type show I only get one shot at it! I’ll add any changes or notes to the end. Today’s creation came out of the need to use up an avocado that was getting a bit squishy and realizing I had a can of tuna hanging out in my pantry. Voila! Avocado Tuna Wrap! BOOM!

Well that was WEIRD! I am still getting used to being in front of the camera. When I get nervous I get a little goofy. Hope you enjoyed!

Today’s episode of Stephanie’s Lazy Kitchen I made my

Avocado Tuna Wrap

Ingredients:

½ -1 Avocado

1 can Tuna

Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Pinch Cumin

Pinch Paprika

Pinch Salt & Pepper

Handful Spinach

1 ish slice Vegan Cheese

Spoonful Salsa

1 Wrap

Mash the avocado. Add the spices. Mix in the Tuna. Burn your “cheese” in the toaster. Stuff your wrap with the goods and EAT UP!

Things I’ve adjusted after the video: I would change the ratio of avocado to Tuna. ½ Avocado to 1 can of tuna. Not that I mind a ton of avocado, but it overpowered the tuna. I would also probably burn the cheese a little more. That would make them not stick as much to the pan, which would prevent the “cheese” disaster.

Until next time, remember: Eating well does not have to be hard!

Eat Well. Train Smart. Love Always
