What’s possible if you started leading with your heart?
Many struggling entrepreneurs I speak with are stuck in their heads. They are shackled by “shoulds” and trying to follow the “right” way to do things. I totally get it. I’ve been there, I’ve done that.
When I started my business it was all about research, and learning. Absorbing all I could about how to market, how to create content, how to promote myself, and so much more. I started trying to do it all. It was like a shit storm of strategies and methods trying to be put to work at once. I was also trying to find the right way to do it, or the best way to accomplish my desired outcome. I was using everyone else’s way and disregarding what I knew to be true for me. It was like grabbing at straws.
What I realized is that no one’s ONE way will work for me. There is no “RIGHT” way for me to grow my business. There isn’t a one size fits all approach. I am unique, my business is unique, my strategy must be unique as well.
Then I started listening to my HEART. Leading with what is perfect for me, and my business. I started taking lessons from my heart:
– Consistency (That thing never stops beating)
– Variability (Times when my pulse quickens vs. times when it slows)
– Automaticity (It works without too much thought)
– Collaboration (Together with others it creates life)
THESE are the qualities I bring to my business to bring it to LIFE!
